Singleheartedness in our relationship to God

To give hope to the brokenhearted

To experience joy in the presence of the lover of our life

This is what The River is all about

Our goal is to come before God in fellowship together with those people we are leading in worship. We are not set to a list of songs but try to follow what it appears God is doing in each and every situation. In this style of improvisational worship we try to leave that which is comfortable and familiar as we discover new melodies and songs in the presence of God.

We are mainly a live band. We enjoy our friendships and musical gifts of the other. We try to not to be in the center of things but to let that place be given to Jesus, who desires to be the center of our life.
